Official Swiss Chems Returns & Refunds Policy

At Official Swiss Chems, we strive to ensure every customer receives the highest quality products and service. If an issue arises with your order, we will work with you to find a fair and transparent resolution.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, changes may not be possible once an order reaches our fulfillment team.

Customers should carefully review their order details and shipping address before completing checkout.

Paid order cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee due to third-party payment processing costs.

Alternatively, customers may request store credit, which eliminates the processing fee.


Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Products must remain sealed and unopened

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Returns are accepted only for bottled products

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, vials are not eligible for return once shipped.

Customers must contact support to receive return instructions before sending any item back.


Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we shipped the wrong item.

If we send an incorrect product, we will provide a free return label and arrange a replacement shipment.

For all other returns:

  • Customers cover shipping costs

  • A $15 return handling fee applies

  • A $25 processing fee applies for refunds

Customers may request store credit instead of a refund, which removes the $25 processing fee.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages returned to our facility due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

may be reshipped once the package is received at our warehouse.

Customers must pay all additional shipping costs and associated fees.


Invalid Return Conditions

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Improper use of research products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage

  • Opened or tampered products


Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives with missing or damaged products, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

To process a claim, customers must provide clear photos of the products received.

Once verified, we will arrange a free reshipment of the affected items.


Delivered but Missing Packages

If a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, refunds and reshipments are not available.

In these cases, Official Swiss Chems offers a 30% discount on a replacement order.


Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued once returned items are received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped

  • Refunds are not provided based on expected research outcomes

  • Research results may vary depending on experimental conditions
