Returns and Refunds

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address, we may offer a one-time 30% discount for a replacement order, but refunds or reshipments are not guaranteed.

Customers may have purchased products independently tested at a licensed HPLC laboratory.

If testing confirms that the product fails to meet the advertised specifications, we will refund:

  • The total order value

  • The shipping cost

Affiliates must comply with the following rules:

  • Bidding on brand keywords such as “Swiss Chems” in SEO or PPC campaigns is prohibited.

  • Traffic generated primarily through brand keywords will not qualify for commissions.

  • Discount code websites are not allowed.

  • Affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own purchases.

Violation of these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.
